FLOW, where “being” and “doing” are in sync, also known as being in the zone, is the state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one’s sense of space and time. People have often described their “flow” experiences using the metaphor of a water current carrying them along. 

Sound Alchemy Mastery, which includes balancing and activating the evolving body/brain system is a foundational practice for expanding consciousness, integrating ascension energies, opening intuitive gateways and restoring the health and vibrancy of the physical and emotional body. 

When Sound Accord began our advanced work with the Crystal Palace in 2013, we also began our inquiry into the subtle dimensions of the sacred anatomy of the brain, the body and the human energy field.  This spring, we continue to develop our use of the profound Holy Harmony Solfeggio Frequencies, the Gaia binaural tuners as well as our classic sound tools to unblock Core Light, the creative energy flow and evolutionary process of the soul. Honoring the incoming energies of spring, we will also practice contact with the spirits of nature, the realm of the Sidhe, as well as riding the Sound Current with Sonic Meditations, Mindfulness and Journeying. 

Even the latest in neuroscience, has only begun to scratch the surface of our vast human potential – that 90% of our brain capacity which we have not yet developed is our playing field.  Through our sound alchemy inquiries we participate with those pioneers who seek to plumb the depths of the mysteries of consciousness and further the evolution of our brains, nervous systems and integrated body-mind-spirit systems through the use of sound and advanced energy healing.
